I’ve been promising new things to start coming beginning in the Spring and well, although the weather person may not agree, it’s definitely Spring in my book! We have a slew of new classes that will be starting up very soon including Piloxing which will be coming the first Thursday in May at 6:30pm. I will be sending out a revised schedule and announcement via our bi-monthly newsletter in two weeks with all the nitty-gritty details on that.
30 Day Challenge $65.00 (cash or credit)
Beginning April 1st I am starting a 30 Day Fitness Challenge. Included in this plan will be two weekly scheduled workout sessions on Monday and Wednesday nights JUST FOR GROUP PARTICIPANTS from 6:30 to 7:30. Workouts will be planned and posted into a private Facebook group that only the participants have access to. Additional information to be shared will be healthy meal recipes and at home exercises. Those looking to participate will need to SIGN-UP with me PRIOR TO April 1st to be included in the group. No participants will be accepted after the 1st, until the next challenge starts in May. Regularly scheduled classes such as Bootcamp, Zumba and Piloxing are NOT included in the 30 Day Challenge exercise programming but are highly encouraged (regular $5 drop-in or punch pass will apply for these classes).
