Corporate Fitness? Yes please!

Have you and your co-workers formed a group who walks at lunch or spend an extra 30-45 minutes after work to jog, or hit the local gym together? Have you ever considered a corporate groupX class schedule?

To boost my effort in working toward a studio space I am looking to work with corporate groups looking to add weekly group fitness classes to their schedules. Classes will be early morning (6:30 – 7:30am), or lunch hours (12:00 – 1:00pm); classes will typically be 45 minutes long allowing for clean-up after the class has finished. Flat group rates available!

Talk to your supervisors and see if this is something they would be interested in and feel free to have them contact me for more information!

#DIDYOUKNOW:

Some key factors that determine whether or not you will stick to your exercise routine include having support and accountability, setting a goal that is realistic, and not pushing yourself too fast. If you push yourself harder than you are ready for, or set an unrealistic goal, you will get frustrated and burn out. Your recipe for fitness success just may be keeping careful track of your progress – such as going from being able to run a quarter mile without stopping to a half mile – while working out with a friend.
