Friends! As a means of AMPing up my fitness resume and being able to provide you with a well rounded schedule, I have signed myself up to become licensed in a new Group Fitness program called AMPD Resistance! What is it? Check out the DESCRIPTION!
What does this mean? A new toning class, a non-dnace based workout for my non-dancers, a fitness program designed for all ages and fitness levels using only your body weight and resistance bands.
