2018 is gone be Bomb Diggity!

Friends! I’m so excited for this new year to come on and slap us in the face in two weeks! I personally have a lot of things going on, and that I’m hoping to accomplish this year – some of which I’m sure many of you would like to get in on. Here are a few ideas of what I’ve got coming up:

  • New prices go into effect for classes in person and on Groupon
  • Free Birthday classes go into effect
  • FULL new schedule goes into effect (see “catch a class” tab)
  • I start my new job
  • LOTS of cool events in the works (stay tuned)
  • Aqua Zumba is starting this summer
  • The search for a studio continues 🙁 (though not giving up hope!)
  • New marketing materials going out next week (anyone wanna help hand out packets with me?)
  • Support and accountability groups

GOALS – personal and professional

I have some goals I’m setting for myself, and if any of you are interested in joining in with me because you support me or have the same goals LET’S DO IT!

  • Give up soda/cut back on sugar – accountability
  • Meal prepping – do it!
  • More home cooked meals
  • posting more accountability on the social media avenues for you all
  • Get us more interactive with each other online as well as in class
  • Continue planned “Ladies night” Events

#FYI #DidYouKnow it takes 21 days to kick a habit? Starting January 1st, I’m kicking my sugar habit! No more sweets, sodas or unnecessary junk food. I’ll be creating an accountability group (free to anyone who wants to join) to post and share the daily struggles. I’m hoping to kick the habit after 21 days! Have other goals that you want to see gone in 21 days, let’s post about it in the group!
