Beginning the week of August 5th I will be offering two early morning personal training sessions on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings. The first session will start at 5:30am and the second at 6:00am. These 30 minute sessions will be first come first served and cater to your specific wants in a personal training session. To claim our spot for these personal training sessions, check the schedule to see what is available, then you must EMAIL Kristen at Kristen.E.Sommer@gmail.com with the Subject: “Personal Training [Date – i.e. Tue Aug. 7] @ 5:30am or 6:00am”. In your email please advise as to the type of workout you would like to perform (i.e. cardio, muscle toning and strength, core, lower body, upper body, barre, pilates, yoga, or instructor’s choice). The only equipment you will be responsible for is a yoga mat!
$10 non-refundable session cost per session to be paid prior to the session.
Additionally, I will be adding a 30 minute Body Bootcamp on Saturday mornings starting at 8am. This class will be $7 to drop-in or a punch on your pass.
More Boutique classes will be coming in October and Strong By Zumba will be added before the end of the year!
