Are you a fairly new mommy (3 years or less) and feeling worn out, tired and wishing you could just get your pre-baby body back (or at least under control)? I understand what it feels like when you don’t have enough hours in the day to take care of everyone else in your house let alone have even an hour for yourself.
I know a lot of women feel intimidated by group fitness classes like Zumba because “they can’t dance” or don’t like to in a public atmosphere, which is why I’ve come up with “Baby & Me.” This class is for the new mommies who don’t want to wait for a sitter or their spouse to come home to watch the kids while you get away for an hour for a little you time in the gym.
In Baby & Me, we will work on full body exercises using both your body weight and that of your little one. We’ll incorporate low impact movements that allow for you to play and interact with your little ones while you work out. It is understood that not all mommies might be able to perform the exercises as programmed so modified movements will be available in class.
1x/week @ 4 weeks – $80.00
2x/week @ 4 weeks – $160.00
Prices cover for the full month, no drop-ins, punch passes not accepted. Month must be paid in full up front prior to the first meeting. Cash or credit accepted. Groups of 10 or less if agreeable to participants.
