Class Descriptions:

Pultz Groove is a dance fitness class that incorporates various world rhythms such as salsa, bachata, reggaetón and belly dance with dance styles such as Hip-Hop, Jazz and Ballet all while integrating various fitness elements into the choreography. No dance experience needed; perfect for all fitness levels!

Pultz H2O takes the fitness fun of Pultz Groove and brings it to the pool. Participants splash into the water to incorporate resisted movements for a workout focused on mobility and muscle toning using the water and pool noodles for strength and muscle conditioning.
